Michael has been training clients and athletes since 2007. Being a Personal Trainer and a strength coach, Michael understands differences between athletes and general population. He has also competed in power lifting competitions as well as the StrongFirst Tactical Strength Challenge several times. Michael also plays and coaches Ice hockey and formerly baseball as well, so he understands the special needs of an athlete. He had the privilege of training the pro hockey team the Manchester Monarchs.
He also specializes in training clients with Parkinson’s disease.

Training and educating people since 1997… As a personal trainer and Weightlifting coach David presented on the benefits of Olympic Weightlifting for athletes and the general public at educational seminars and was a demonstrator for Dynamax at The Symposium of strength in 2007 and 2008.
David was also the owner of the first CrossFit in New Hampshire, and developed and ran a gym class program for the Jolicoeur School.

Joe has been working with clients and athletes since 1998 as both a personal trainer and coach. His personal training clientele has included individuals of all ages from young kids to senior adults as well as individuals with special needs.
He has been a high school football coach in the state of NH since 2002 and the head strength coach for several high school football teams including Souhegan, Merrimack and Manchester Memorial. He also worked one year at the collegiate level as the football coach at St. Anselm College.
Joe has been a full time physical education teacher at Merrimack middle school since 2003 and is currently an assistant strength coach and full time assistant football coach at Goffstown High School.

Chris is a young buck in the world of personal training, but still has a handful of qualified experience. He has been a football coach for five years and during that time he has been the strength and conditioning coach for the entire program. With a love of athletics, health, and fitness Chris earned his certification from NASM and is now a member of the EFX team.
