Rockstar of the Month – August 2018 – Nick Tyler

“Coming home from college for the summer I knew I needed to take my training to the next level to be able to compete at the highest level of college football this fall. I am thrilled that I connected with Mike this summer and have been training at EFX. In just 2 months at EFX, my progression as an athlete has never been faster. I have been training speed and agility with Mike, and also doing my strength and conditioning work at EFX. In that time, I have hit a number of PRs including dropping my 40 yard dash time down nearly 2 tenths of a second to 4.55. Mike and the EFX staff has pushed me to reach my full potential as an athlete, and I would gladly recommend EFX to anyone serious about reaching their fitness goals.”
